Ease of use
InvoiceBilling opens straight into the invoice form. You fill in your details, see a live preview, and download the PDF. Your draft is saved in your browser, so you can come back to it. You do not need an account to create and download.
Invoice Simple is built around an account. Their site says your details are stored and auto-fill on later invoices. That saves time if you invoice the same clients often. It also means you set things up first.
